Legal information
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Deploy Servicepoint handles personal information from website visitors and prospective clients.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, work email, organisation, phone number and the information you choose to provide about your rollout. Basic technical logs may include IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access for security and service reliability.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, assess whether we can help and take steps at your request before a contract. We use essential technical records for our legitimate interests in securing and operating the site. Optional analytics are used only with consent and can be declined without losing site functionality.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may use carefully selected hosting, email or professional service providers acting under appropriate safeguards, and disclose information where law requires it. Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally kept for up to 18 months; contractual and financial records may be kept longer where legally required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, though we welcome the chance to address your concern first.
