Is your instrumentation ready for launch?

Start with the critical service journeys. For each journey, confirm that entry, meaningful progress, completion and failure are observable. Test the events in a production-like environment rather than relying only on a tracking plan.

Check that properties answer the likely follow-up questions. App version, rollout wave and service location may be essential for diagnosis, but collect only what has a clear analytical purpose and appropriate privacy basis.

Finally, rehearse the report with sample data. Confirm time zones, identity stitching, exclusions and denominators. Assign owners for data-quality alerts so a broken signal does not quietly become a rollout conclusion.
